To ensure a smooth streaming experience with Allview +, we recommend having an internet connection with a
speed between 30 to 50 Mbps. If your internet speed falls below 20 Mbps, you are likely to encounter
buffering issues. This higher speed range helps to maintain consistent quality and uninterrupted service.

You can always report a channel issue to support to get it fixed

If you submit a ticket for technical support or account activation, you can expect a response within 1 to 2 hours. We aim to reply within an hour of receiving a ticket. Please be aware that during busy periods, response times may extend up to 3 hours.

We accept payments through Most Credit/Debit Cards 

While you can install your Allview + on most device, please note that you can only sing into 6 devices at a time.

Yes, you can access Allview + anywhere in the world with a high speed internet connection. We can set one mobile device as your main device that can be used on multiple IP addresses. The other devices have to remain stationary and be used in the same household with the same IP address
